Irreparable damage is presently being perpetrated upon our Republic by the Obama administration; damage that will not be repaired anytime soon should he leave office, be removed, or be voted out in 2012.  The sweeping changes being made in our economy and our military are so extensive that many years may pass before we can work our way out of this damage, and in many cases, such as in the socialization of health care, the damage will be likely permanent, as the public once awarded free health care, will never vote in a party that vows to dismantle it.  And dismantling of socialized medicine before it ever takes hold is what needs to happen to preserve our Republic's life for the long-term.  If we are assigned "gatekeepers" to medical care, and that "physician" decides that we are too old or non-productive to be awarded that care, be it surgery or an expensive cure, we may be left with mortality or terminal morbidity as the only option. 

Anyone who spends even small amounts of time listening to talk radio will quickly discover that a large segment of American society actually agrees with Karl Marx's dictum of "From each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs" when it comes to bailing out mortgage-holders or giving out socialized medicine.  Apparently, the NEA and left-wing college professors have poisoned the minds of our children, since it is these children, interviewed as young adults, that routinely tell Sean Hannity or Mark Levin that they subscribe to this dictum when the radio host asks if they support this idea.  After they say "yes", he announces that they must be Marxists because they support this dictum, and they agree without batting an eye!  Hannity can discuss this dictum with his :"Man on the Street" segments until he is blue in the face!  The alarming fact is that a very large, Obama-supportive, underachieving segment of American society do support Marxist teachings without making the Marxist connection.  The only reason the connection is not made is because many of these relatively ignorant Americans DO NOT READ!  We therefore cannot rely upon future voters from this segment to vote Obama OUT, or to vote a capitalist "IN."  The Roman Empire ended by virtue of the same mechanism...society raiding its own treasures rather than rewarding productivity and that entrepreneurial spirit.  Societal mediocrity and a "rob Peter to save Paul" attitude will destroy this Republic, as these poisoned minds diminish our Republic.  Did you hear that, America?  The electoral process will not come to the rescue this time around, as this process is glacier-like in terms of speed. The survival of our Republic's capitalistic engine depends upon those things that the public is apparently willing to abandon. 

We that make up a large minority of patriots who fear for the loss of capitalism, the loss of quality medicine, and the loss of the entrepreneurial processes that lead to capitalistic success, must not rely upon time and elections to save our Country.  Things must happen much faster than at those glacial speeds.  We must consider the rarely-used mechanisms that our Founding Fathers used to remove despotic rulers from this early Republic.  The only concept that comes to mind...dare I say it?.is .....R E V O LU T I O N!   Yes, before states like Texas decide upon secession, we need to rise up en mass and let the Congress know that we are unhappy with the current government.  Tea parties will only take it so far.  We need action, and I suspect that only when food riots take over the streets due to a failed economy will people develop the needed courage to do what needs to be done.  Once we regain a grip over our Republic, we must retrict voting to only those who have had a full, balanced education.  We must exercise courage, people.  And we must familiarize ourselves with the early teachings of the Founders.  Voters should be required to take a standardized test covering the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution and its Amendments, and the Federalist Papers...the latter thereby eliminating any misconstrued thinking upon the part of the electors and the elected.  God save our Republic.

Fifty-two percent of American voters put a Marxist in the White House come January.  But Gallop polled 65% of Americans today as being confident in Obama!  The intelligence of the majority of Americans is decreasing and the idiotic majority is actually increasing.  With no obvious reason for this, I have to assume that they are ingesting a foreign substance that is causing a diminution in intelligence.  Some say that Obama's propensity to select Clinton-era people for White House staff and Cabinet positions is making the public more comfortable.  That's exactly why I am concerned!  Clinton is well-known for decimating the military in order to fund social programs and "balance the budget."  The damage he did to our military took eight Bush years to repair, and it still has some way to go in this dangerous world.  When Obama is sworn in, the military will again be bled dry with funds shifted away from the fight against Islam toward social programs that result in no societal net improvement.  Obama's Alinsky-based Marxist approach will decimate our economy further, but by that time, whatever is destroying American brain cells may be so ingrained that those afflicted may not be able to realize the decimation due to their demented state.

It's obvious that the Republican party has a MONUMENTAL task to re-educate the American people and refamiliarize them with the original intentions of the Founding Fathers.  Our Constitution has been so butchered over the years that the Founding Fathers would not even recognize it if alive today.  The Federalist Papers need to be summarized and reprinted free of charge for the American people to study.  They must be required reading at all colleges and secondary school institutions.    College professors need to be polled as to their political persuasion.  No college should employ more than 60% liberals, and social scientists teaching in these schools must be penalized for revealing their political bend.  If Americans continue to experience diminishment of their intelligence, the CDC should launch a massive effort to identify the causative agent and initiate treatment. 

No, this is not another Philip Berg lawsuit!  This is yet another case that apparently is getting the attention of the entire court.  But the press is OH SO SILENT!  The web has a paucity of info regard this case.  Obama regards these birth certificate challenges as "garbage."  Well, let's see what kind of "garbage" has seized the attention of the entire Supreme Court!  Having reviewed the cases myself (I am an MD that admittedly has  only ONE year of law school under my belt...at Arizona State University) I do not see an out for Obama if he was born in Kenya as his paternal grandmother testifies.  Kenya does not allow (and did not allow) dual citizenshup.  Our Constitution required a NATIVE born candidate.  Obama's mother simply did not domicile long enough in Hawaii after his birth for "vertical transmission" of native citizenship to occur.  The photoshopped certificate of live birth posted on his web site DOES NOT PROVE that he was born in the USA.  It was Hawaii's policy to sequester the surrendered foreign birth certificate, and to issue a new Hawaiian "duplicate" certification of live birth. Providing Obama's paternal grandmother is telling the truth (she is alive and well) there are no apparent loopholes in the law with which Obama can circumvent our very straightforward Constitution.  The Justices would have to literally legislate from the bench to get around this one!  Good luck and hopefully good riddance.

I am flabbergasted at the response from quasi-governmental types over the discovery of Obama hanging in effigy across our country.  It seems like the 52% of Americans who voted for Obama needed tohave enhanced their education by reviewing the history of the Revolutionary War...OUR Revolutionary War.  Our ancestors proudly hung George III in effigy all over the colonies in response to the Stamp Act and other harrassing tax acts meant to frustrate colonists, in part to extract money from the colonial coffers to pay Britain for the French & Indian War...a seven year, very costly war that was fought on the American continent, as well as on many others before our Revolution.  Let us NOT lose sight of the fact that Obama was mentored by Communists, Socialists, and terrorist killers.  He was and is inspired by racist religious leaders, black Muslim leaders, and was part of the Chicago thug machine for many years before he decided to run for president.  He has a very colorful past and is disliked and hated by many upstanding Americans, not because of skin color or national origin, but because of his beliefs and intentions for our Republic..  I for one hate everything about Obama that is racist, partisan, and has its basis in lies, many of which he told to get the votes needed to win against our national hero, John McCain.  Hanging Obama in effigy is legal and is one way to allow the American public to let off steam.   Unfortunately, in my case, letting off steam just makes room for more steam, since we must endure four horrible years under an incompetent Marxist who will probably destroy our nation, leaving lasting, irrevocable damage that no subsequent administraion can fix.  Far-left justice selections would ruin the country for the rest of my lifetime...and that would be horrible.  And there is little we can do about it!  What we must do is pray for our nation's collapse, both financial and political, and hope that it happens quickly.  This will result in a cleansing of sorts, and hopefully a resetting of our Constitution, with a resultant sloughing of destructive Amendments that were all added on post-civil war.  We have a right to hang Obama and his ilk in effigy, knowing that this is a sophisticated political form of free speech, and not a mindless form of hate mongering.  The ugly left would have you believe the latter, but clear-minded Americans know better.  Tyrany and despotism can never again reign in these states.  These states belong to the American people, whose speech rights are guaranteed in the 1st Amendment.  Any left wing attempt to constrain them will be fought gentlemanly at first, but should the left begin to use government to choke-hold the public, the fight may well enter the streets...and he or she who fights this outwardly will reflect the new definition of an American patriot.  As Patrick Henry stated..."Give me liberty or give me death!"  Life would not be worth living under constrainments of our liberty.  Fellow patriots, let us patiently await the decison over the fraudulent birth certificate.  Depending on the findings, we may actually find that their is no need for a confrontation with the Marxist influences in our government. The facts of this case are very clear and I suspect that short of a bum job on the part of Souter, if he takes this case seriously, and the facts support our position, Obama's president -elect status will be short-lived indeed.  After all why is Obama hiding his real certificate?  And why would his paternal grandmother lie to the world?  She is a proud grandmother full of Kenyan nationalistic pride.  She stated that Obama was born in Kenya, and she witnressed his live birth.  Kenya does not allow dual citizenship.  And did not at the time of his birth.  And Obama, born of an American citizen, would have vertically received citizenship had his mother lived in the States for 10-years ( I believe) continuously...she did NOT.  She moved to Indonesia, breaking the "chain" needed to insure her son American citizenship.  So the Hawaiian certificate of live birth only states that Obama was born alive.  It does not state WHERE he was born.  And the word "accepted" appears on the photoshopped online copy.  That word was placed on certificates at that time to reflect that a foreign birth certificate was relinquished to the Honolulu Vital Statistics office in lieu of a foreign (his Kenyan) birth cetificate, which was surrendered and retained on file in Honolulu.  That's apparently why the governor has sealed the records for Obama's eyes only.  The republican governor is placing the responsibility to divulge the truth squarely on Obama's shoulders.  She knows that as a constitutional lawyer, Obama realizes the high crime this could define, and wants him to bear the full brunt of responsibility for this alleged Constitutional  crisis. So keep hanging cardboard images in effigy.  It does no harm and is a psychological release that allows a reduction in tensions and negative emotioons amongst a frustrated anti-Obama electorate.  As a group, McCain supporters not only grieve for the fact that Obama could become president, but we all grieve that 52% of our nation consists of educated and uneducated IDIOTS who ignored the facts before them, ignored the danger of Marxism to our society (we fought it in the Cold War for over 30 years!) and voted for an incompetent racist ex-Muslim murtadd who is likely still a Muslim. 

The drive-by media persists in hiding the truth about Barry Obama.  He spent at least 1 1/2 years studying as a Muslim in Indonesia during a time in his life that we consider for most youth to be the "formative years."  Last week on This Week With George Stephanopoulos, Barry Soetoro Obama twice demonstrated a Freudian slip when he referred to his Muslim Faith twice in a row, and hasd to be "corrected" by a nervous George Stephanopoulos.  I do not understand the idiocy of the American public.  It is bad enough that the American public likes "Obama the liar and deceiver" and treats him like an accomplished polititian, which he is not, but to ignore facts about his Kenyan citizenship, a country he was born in, is beyond the pale.  Obama was born in Kenya, not the US.  His Hawaiian birth certificate is a forgery and this has been substantiated by three members of Obama's own family.  Furthermore, Obama, in concert with Google (shame on Google) is realigning its links in a manner connected to its auctions to somehow direct searchers away from the pertinent documents proving the point of his non-US citizenship.  This is deceiptful and will only result in an "October Surprise" that derails his candidacy.  Finally, I invite anyone to review the tenets of Black Liberation Theology and Islam.  They are notoriously similar "faiths."  Remember Rev. Wright, Obama's militant BLT pastor who befriends and shares opinions with Calypso Louie Farrahkan, a devout Black Muslim.  Obama himself has stated in his own publications that should the winds of change determine it, he will back the Muslims.  Obama is a liar about supporting Israel.  He wants Jerusalem for Palestine and would love to see the Jews "negotiate themselves" right into the Dead Sea!  Anyone performing due diligence and sufficient research, as well as side-stepping the diversion employed by Google, will quickly determine that Obama is a bold face liar and is not a US Citizen.  As for McCain, he was born in the Panama Canal Zone which at the time was a US territory, making him a native US Citizen...end of story.
